Nick and Louise

Nick and Louise Graves have been ministering to the Old Lodge Lane community since 2010. They have been married since 1996 and have four daughters, Jessica, Lydia, Emily and Rachel.

Before entering the ministry, Nick worked as a Crisp Taster for KP Foods on Teesside for nine years and is an expert on Hula Hoops. His calling is to “minister to the whole community and not just those who come to Sunday services”.

Steve and Tami

Steve and Tami Harrington moved to Croydon from America at the end of 2015 with their teenage daughters, Abbie and Tiffany (their older son, Bryan, still lives in the States).

Steve and Tami have served 20-plus years in local church ministry in Michigan and Texas and are here to help Old Lodge Lane serve and bless the surrounding community with the grace, truth, and love of Jesus.

Logan

Logan Turner is the newest member of the team at Old Lodge Lane Baptist Church. Logan spent the summer of 2017 with the Old Lodge Lane team, and in January 2018 moved from home in Georgia in the USA to work with us full time for the next three years as a church community pastor.

Patti

Nigel and Sam

The church and community team relies on specialised help from a number of people, particularly Nigel and Sam.

Nigel Davidson manages the CAP Croydon South Debt Centre, a partnership between Christians Against Poverty (CAP) and Old Lodge Lane Baptist Church, supported by churches in the Croydon South area. Nigel is married to Cress and works at the BT Exchange in Brighton Road.

Sam Ackerman is based at Purley Baptist Church and is training to become a minister. Sam does a lot of pastoral work with the Old Lodge Lane community and also gives a great deal of help with events and activities like Thursday Tea.
